Half of the party hides beneath the ship on the bottom of the harbor. The Swans arrest the party on board the ship after discovering one of the smuggling compartments with Kelwin’s armor (Warbler, Athelia, Sylas, Carter, plus crew). They get questioned individually, and Carter is given greater privileges due to her status as a Blackwood.
Avarian has a narrow escape from being discovered, as do the kelp herder eggs, which leaves a puddle of blood behind that is eventually discovered. A second Swan body is stuffed into the Bag of Holding, and eventually buried in the riverbed. Tiny spiders swarm the guard room and begin to bite.

So, they search ALL the ships real thorough and end up finding some of the contraband on the Tide Song – that’s the name of the pirate’s ship, case you don’t know. Then the Swans bring in all the pirates that was on the ship (the other half was hiding) for questioning and toss the rest of the place real good to try to find more stuff. And Brother, you better believe they found more stuff.
Now, with half their crew locked up, their boat occupied by Swans, most of their equipment taken and a bunch of Swans on high alert all over town, things weren’t looking so good for our… ahh… “heroes.” (I am using that term very loosely, even with air quotes!) So, the heroes come up with the most sensible solution they can: widespread, egregious acts of violence and destruction.

Oh my gods! Of course! I didn’t even tell you about the freakin spiders! How could I have forgot?!
Oh Buddy, strap in, cause the situation inside the jail is just as crazy!
Ok, so that group the Swans brought in for questioning…
