Deep in the Daggered Rise
Hark’ul is being pursued by a bunch of frost trolls, and they fight them for a while. In the process, Peach loses her gun and her consciousness, and Hark’ul rescues her from the midst of a bunch of them. They also discover that the trolls will regenerate unless slain by fire, or are temporarily more affected by silver.
As they’re cleaning up the last few, a beyond-humongous dragon with teal/blue feathers lands, snacks on one, and turns its eye on them. Peach recalls legends about Summit, the Daggered Spine—the very namesake of the mountain range.
