A center for the study of the skies and celestial objects, located on a mountain near Northgate (though not in the city itself). Attracts scholars and scientists from far and wide.
Emma Spinsugar sheltered here for a time in Y217, and Sav visited often to steal research and study the stars between Y214–217.
