Shallow Wounds
The Tide’s Song
31–32 Autumn 218
"Oor lack o' trust—that's your consequence."
Sylas brands Talith with a tracking sigil, which causes a furor and Roux to beat Sylas bloody. Sylas explains it as placing it on Talith because Talith broke their trust by going against the group decision and at least this is a way to figure out where he is if he does it again.
They have a long meeting the next morning to discuss ideas and plans. They make contact with the force of Briarbirds in the mountains and the Pride’s Fall and inform them of changes in plans and where to meet. Sylas learns from Inquisitor Sylas’ memories a map with various points of interest that match aasimar ruins/Octurne-related things, including in other baronies; they realize the Baroness probably launched her wars to gain access to those ruins.
