The Feywild

In the city, Warbler has an encounter with Templars from the Church of the Kindled Flame, who invites him to join the order, or at least see the church.
On the island, Danica reunites with her father Consus Thorne, and Astarael promises to tell Consus everything she remembers and knows of Eirlys, while Consus and Paloma catch the crew up on what’s happened to them (having escaped from the Swans, though they were unable to take Eirlys with them). Consus says they’ve been using Eirlys’ alchemy to warp people and turn them into monsters. Roux figures out the specific notes that kept sending them to the Feywild, and comes up with a plan to return and rescue Sylas and York. There’s some division, and eventually Astarael, Carter and Danica stay behind while the rest join in.
In the Feywild, Sylas and York spend some 2 years (to their perception) getting tricked, ambushed, attacked, nearly dying, occasionally being helped, and having tea with mysterious women, some of whom are hills and some of whom are truth-tellers. Along the way Sylas picks up a full-sleeve tattoo of a white tower, a raven and stars that are eyes, as well as a handful of inches and 10-15 apparent years of age. Eventually they hear the sound of a lute and find Roux and the rest of the Tide’s Song crew, but they don’t trust them until Roux Charms them into it.
